A Midcentury Ranch House in California
In the Linda Vista neighborhood of Pasadena stands this midcentury ranch house I want to show you today. The ranch house has recently been re-designed into a stunning midcentury home with boho touches.
The ranch house is designed by interior design firm a 1000 x better. Kirsten Blazek started a 1000 x better in 2014 as a home staging company. But they now also design residential and commercial spaces.
With this ranch house (where Kirsten lived herself) they wanted to add a more bohemian and rustic touch to the home, akin to the Ojai Valley. The result is this wonderful warm home.

During the remodel they wanted to create a more natural flow in the home. Now the open plan spaces have a natural connection.
