A Tiny Apartment with a Semi-Open Floorplan and a Pink Kitchen
This tiny apartment lies on the ground floor of a 1940s apartment building in Stockholm. This apartment was created in 2009, and despite the tiny floor plan of only 26 square meters, the little home has everything you need, from a smart bedroom niche to a pink kitchen.
The apartment has its own entrance, so it doesn’t feel like you are living in an apartment. The entire home is painted in a light gray hue paired with a parquet floor and a small kitchen with pink cabinets, adding a nice contrasting color pop.

Even though the apartment is small, it has a functional layout with space for a sofa, a dining table, and a half-hidden bedroom.
The walls in the apartment are painted in Jotun’s “Antique Gray”, a charming golden gray hue that adds a classic and stylish look to the space.
Between the kitchen and the sitting room stands a large dining table with a striped tablecloth and the Muuto Ambit pendant light.
The kitchen is small but functional, where the ceiling height has been taken advantage of, adding a double row of sleek upper cabinets for extra storage space.
The kitchen cabinets are factory-painted in Jotun’s lovely color “Deco Pink” paired with a Carrara marble countertop and backsplash.
One corner in the living space has been used for storage. Floor-to-ceiling curtains hide the clutter from view and add texture to the room. Storage hidden with a curtain feels a lot less cluttered than adding high wardrobes in such a small space.
The TESAMMANS side table by IKEA, in collaboration with RAW Color, adds a nice color pop to the space.
The bedroom niche is semi-hidden from view thanks to the half wall with bookshelves. The charming space is big enough for a double (160cm) bed and a nightstand.
The same gray walls are paired with striped light blue bedding and a floating gray nightstand.
A vintage dresser is used as hall storage, topped with the orange donut lamp from the IKEA VARMBLIXT collection.
