A Swedish Apartment with Exclusive Materials and Monochrome Color Scheme

You can see that a lot of thought has gone into designing this apartment. The 80-square-meter home in an early 20th-century Swedish building was carefully renovated, offering a unique mix of design, materials, and colors.

The apartment was renovated with a focus on bold contrasts and exclusive materials that create unique and exciting living spaces. Every detail is handpicked and designed to create a harmony between functionality and aesthetics, resulting in a modern home with classic elegance.

The apartment has an open floor plan between the living room, dining area, and hall, creating a sense of space. The living area is painted in a monochrome gray scheme with light gray walls and baseboards painted in a darker gray hue.

Subtle pink color accents contrast the gray color scheme of the room. Above the coffee table hangs the Oblure ARCH CIRCLE pendant in nude pink. And the Nest Chair by Markus Johansson also adds a subtle pink accent.

From the living room, you move into the dining room with a sleek stone dining table and a mixture of chairs. The pendant lamp is from the same brand as the pink lamp in the living room. The arched form contrasts the table beautifully and the shape also returns in the rug.

The palette of herringbone stone flooring and ochre yellow ceiling continues in this room. It is a small room, but the owners created a smart wardrobe system around the bed to create plenty of storage.
