The front door opens immediately into the open-plan living area. By the glass front door, limestone-like tiles from Bricmate lie on the floor, while in the rest of the apartment, you see a stylish oak herringbone parquet floor.

The room is small, but it has room for a comfortable seating area, a dining table, and a beautiful kitchen.

The kitchen is a stylish design from Kvänum, pairing dark gray cabinets with black handles and a limestone countertop and backsplash.

The ground floor has a normal layout with a living room and a kitchen. It is the first floor that makes this home so amazing. The entire first floor is painted in gray shades, and here, the owners created a second sitting room, a master bedroom, and a home office with an industrial glass wall. The top floor houses an all-white bedroom, and the home also features a charming garden.

The living room on the ground floor is color-drenched in a soft pink shade, creating a charming atmosphere. Fully glazed doors fill the room with natural light and give access to the garden.

I love the light, calm, and inviting atmosphere in this living room. The soft pink walls pair beautifully with the original wooden floorboards, the leather chesterfield sofa invites you to sit, and the red-painted table turn this space into a social room with plenty of space for large dinner parties.

To make this room even more perfect, the walls are decorated with art. The red-painted table is the centerpiece of the room; it adds a nice bold color pop without being overwhelming.

The soft pink hue on the walls contrasts nicely with the black-painted staircase.

The front door of the house opens into the kitchen, which the owners designed in an industrial style with black-painted floorboards, dark black-painted cabinets, and white tiles.

Between all the black and white elements, the owners added a mint green shelf above the countertop.

From light pink, we move to the first floor, which is entirely decorated in dark tones. The first floor has two closed bedrooms and a large open space which is now used as a cozy second sitting room.

The smallest room, with its industrial glass wall, is turned into a home office with a simple desk under the window and black-painted walls.

This room also has built-in wardrobes, so it can also be an amazing bedroom. But I love that they created a second private sitting room and the open feeling this first floor now has.

The bathroom is simple but stylish, with marble tiles, a green vanity, smart ledges that can be used as storage, and a mirror wall. Natural light flows in via the small window above the door.

This room is a complete contrast to the floor below. All the woodwork has been painted white, and two large skylights fill the room with natural light.
