The attic apartment beautifully blends architectural features from 1903 with a contemporary interior featuring high-quality material choices, sober colors, and site-built interior design. The apartment has a floor plan of only 37 square meters, but with a large balcony, skylights, and smart storage, this home is absolutely adorable for singles or a couple.

The apartment has an open-plan living space. The sitting area is located next to the glazed doors leading toward the balcony, which is a beautiful extension to the living area in the warmer months.

The sitting area is wonderfully cozy, thanks to the large rug that adds a lot of texture to the area. Even though the majority of the interiors are contemporary, the gallery wall behind the sofa also includes antique art.
